Lauren: I Aborted Mark's Baby

The on/off TOWIE couple have parted ways again after a decade together.

And now that they're no longer engaged lovebirds, both parties are revealing facts about their relationship that suggest it was never as rosy as it once seemed.

Lauren has shaken the celebrity world with news that she was once expecting Mark's child but chose not to go through with the pregnancy.

The 25-year-old told OK! magazine: "I've been pregnant before with his baby but I chose not to have it. I was only 20. No one knows except my close family."

While speaking about her break-up and the ten years Lauren spent as Mark's girlfriend, the magazine asked Lauren if she ever thought she might be pregnant, to which she answered: "Yes, I did think I was pregnant. I'm not on the Pill and haven't been for a little while, just because of my cells, not because I was planning a baby and thank God we didn't. I was late once and I think it was the stress of what was going on."

Revealing more about her relationship with Mark pre-TOWIE, Lauren added: "I was still living with my mum, our relationship was so volatile and we weren't ready for a baby. I'd be left in the flat and he'd go off with other girls and we said: 'Let's wait till we're more settled.' It was the right thing."

So, is there really no chance that Essex' first couple will be reunited? Apparently not.

Lauren said: "There's not even anything there anymore. We still love each other and fancy each other but it's not enough.

"I'm not a girl who expects anything but Mark's never bought me a present apart from birthday and Christmas. He didn't have any time for me.

"He's unromantic. I was bored of him. He didn't take me anywhere, do anything fun. I'll always love him but I don't love the person he is. He's been very spiteful to me."
